Retrospective on Summer
It went almost exactly as I said in my June 14 post. I added a few miscellaneous things (playdates for the kids, trips to Busch Gardens, etc.) here and there. And the lawnmower broke, so we've been relying on the kindness of others to loan us their lawnmowers so that our yard doesn't look like a jungle. And Grandma came to stay for three weeks. She's 85 and my aunt (whom she normally lives with) went on a trip in her RV, so Grandma came to stay with us. It was a blessed and enjoyable time. She just left yesterday and I miss her already!
Yes, it was a busy and wonderful summer. I wouldn't want every summer of my life to be this busy, but it was a good busy for the most part. Except the Haitian wedding I coordinated on July 21. (I may just have to blog about that next just to cleanse my system from the experience.)

I never did get details about that wedding!
BTW - instead of borrowing other peoples lawn mowers you could say "Friend I need my LM back....and said Friend might be so inclined to let you "borrow" it for awhile" hehehehe.
Wow, nice to see someone updates about as often as I do. Just kidding girlie just thought I would stop by and say hi since I never see you guys anymore!
